We are a boutique workshop where every sheet of dough is made under careful hands, without haste and without machines.

Our story
It all began in a home kitchen, at a large table dusted with flour. Dough pulled so thin the sun shone through it was more than an ingredient. It was a ritual.
Today we continue that tradition in our small workshop. We still pull by hand, we still use only premium flour and fresh eggs, and we still believe good taste cannot be rushed.
Every product that leaves our table carries the same promise: authenticity, quality and respect for tradition.
