Description

We pull our classic dough by hand until it is thin as paper. Perfect for pies, gibanica and all kinds of strudels, where every crisp layer counts.

Wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, salt.

Unfold the sheets, brush with fat and fill as you like. Bake at 180 °C until golden brown.

Keep frozen for up to 6 months. Once thawed, use within two days.

The dough is thin as paper and does not tear while you work. My gibanica has never been better.
